The whole truth to build muscles - Is it real?

I am not a health nutritionist, so you will see a lot of medical terms used in this article. I will go over the benefits, side effects and how to use them.

What supplements are the best?

There is no one supplement that can help everyone. As long as you can get adequate nutrients, you should be able to maintain your muscles and your strength.

The main supplements for people looking for more muscle growth are creatine, fish oil, alpha hydroxy acids, and the amino acids L-Leucine and L-Theanine. I will discuss the benefits of each and the effects of each one.

Creatine is the most studied supplement for muscle growth, and it is one of the most researched supplements. It has a very short list of benefits and no known side effects. It is very popular, but it is still relatively new and hasn't been proven to work.

Fish oil, while not proven to be effective in the long term, has a much more favorable list of benefits than creatine. Fish oil also has a long list of side effects, but many of them are pretty mild. There are a few people that have tried fish oil and experienced negative reactions to it, and there is a very mild risk of heart failure from it, but it's not a serious health concern.
